The Soft Hub accepts Paypal and Direct Deposit into bank account – BSB 063 000 ACC 1215 9849. 
Please ensure that your full name is included on payment advice, and email receipt to hello@thesofthub.com.au. Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.


All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. The Soft Hub reserves the right to change prices at any time.


All our goods are made to order.  Our Curtains and Blinds cannot be returned once they are installed unless the goods are faulty.  For all other goods, if for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less installation and delivery costs. You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
